Psychologica are experienced and registered occupational psychologists, working within the codes of practice of the British Psychological Society (BPS), Health and Care professions Council, Association for Coaching and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Incorporated in 1998, the company is under the direction of Dr Phil Bardzil and works with a range of specialist experts, offering a breadth of practical experience and relevant consulting qualifications.

Phil is a Chartered Psychologist, and experienced executive coach in various sectors, both private and public. He is one of only 40 practitioners nationally who are registered to coach at executive levels within the NHS (National Leadership Academy).

Phil has been Managing Director of both large and small commercial companies before developing an interest in Organizational Development. Gaining a PhD in Psychology and Marketing – in the area of Service Quality and Leadership Style.

He is actively involved in research, and has published various articles and papers in respected journals and presented findings at international conferences, relating to the unique Psychologica Model™ which forms a basis for much of our work.

Psychologica works with both commercial organizations and private individuals, focusing on maximising effectiveness and well being in the workplace.

We offer a range of tools and services and have the capacity to manage projects of all sizes, using our partners and associates and drawing on the Psychologica Practitioner network and their diverse range of professional skills and expertise.
