Tools and techniques are based on the Psychologica Model™ and offer an integrated and practical approach covering all key areas. These benefit from the experience of thousands of hours of coaching and group development work at senior and management levels, and with private individuals.

Parallels are drawn with existing approaches and theory where possible to create synergies, maximize face validity, and build on established practitioner expertise. Our tools are simple and well presented and designed to be practical aids to facilitation at all levels of practitioner experience.

Psychologica Project Management Platform is a powerful cloud-based data management system which allows you to set up and manage your assessment projects quickly and easily. This is available to registered users and provides step-by-step support - for simple and straightforward use of a range of sophisticated features:

The PMP is a secure platform and all administrators have full username and password protection
It is cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere with most devices
Projects are set up following 8 simple guided steps
Full instructions, vidoes and FAQs help you to set up complex surveys and programs (eg: 360 surveys or other product types)
Clear and attractive surveys include ‘framing’, to allow assessors to ‘zone in’ on the key areas of importance in depth
Surveys have full supporting information and can be saved, to return to at a later date
Batch surveys allow multiple ‘targets’ to be managed simultaneously – for organization-wide surveys
Tailored items are available, within each dimension of the model, to allow assessment to be made at leader, manager, supervisor and operator levels – allowing skills assessments across all levels of the organization
Customized surveys can be saved as templates, storing items, targets and assessor details – in order to run similar surveys or retest at future dates
Default emails are set up and sent automatically, to invite assessors, but may also be customized for specific projects.
Respondent addresses can be specified individually or uploaded as batches
Emails and reminder mails may be sent on specified dates – prior to and following project launch
Specific respondents can be targeted for customized follow-up or support
Attractive and detailed developmental reports are generated using graphics which are easily interpreted and colour coded according to the development dimensions of the model
‘Derived scores’ are also available in some products, showing how item scores are likely to affect outcomes, such as Emotionally Intelligent Competencies;
Reports are generated automatically on survey close and are mailed to specified individuals. They may also be downloaded directly in PDF format
Both raw score and sten score reports are available. Sten versions show average performance compared to similar levels within a wide range of organizational and industrial sectors
There is no limit to the amount of reports which may be downloaded
The report front page may be customized to show a specific title or organizational information

Unit purchases by Psychologica Practitioners

‘Units’ are a great way to manage your survey payments, if you are set up with us as a Psychologica Practitioner.

Products are priced in both sterling and ‘units’ – which are credits put on your account to enable you to make future purchases

The more units you buy, the cheaper they become. So, if you are a regular user, or intend to run a campaign where you will be using several surveys or other support products, you can buy enough units to cover these and gain a discount

You can spend your units on any product, or bureau service, so it doesn’t matter if you change your mind during a programme
Units on your account do not have a ‘sell by’ date and remain valid until you choose to use them – at any point in the future
Buying units in quantity enables you to gain a discount even if you ‘pick off’ products in small amounts over a long period of time
Units may be redeemable in the future if unspent, in some circumstance
Units are only ‘spent’ when a survey is launched. You can download multiple reports at no additional cost
Using units can help you manage your cash flow, or budgetary restrictions, by buying ahead when you are able and holding them until you decide exactly what your programme will involve. Some clients find this helpful at financial year end, to carry over development spend into the following year
Units can be bought either online (once you have your account set up) or over the phone
VAT invoices are available, against credit card payments, if requested

Practitioner Workshops

Practitioner Workshops are available to support coaches and HR professionals in use of the various tools and techniques in the range. Although you can register free of charge and access instruction vides etc, attending the workshop helps you learn all you need to know about running programmes, interpreting reports and feeding back to clients effectively. Workshop graduates may also become part of the Practitioner Network if they wish to.

Psychologica Practitioners are able to access advanced features, enabling them to customize surveys or manage complex projects with ease and full support. A number of workshops are available periodically to help you learn: to use online products; to choose the right product and report for your client needs; to set up and manage projects; to interpret and feedback reports; to customize survey products and address specific client needs. Workshops are experiential and delivered by experienced Chartered Psychologists - and are eligible for your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Achieving Aspirations™ is a coaching technique designed to help clients to identify and clarify goals and take the necessary steps to achieve them effectively. This is based on the Psychologica Model™ and works through each dimension, in a hierarchical fashion, drawing on strengths and identifying likely challenges. 'AA' can provide a useful agenda to support coaching relationships but is also a useful tool for facilitating strategic development and problem solving at senior team and Board levels.

Psychologica Interactions

Psychologica Interactions is a dynamic coaching approach to developing interpersonal awareness and managing emotions and will be of particular use to practitioners interested in Emotional Intelligence or Transactional Analysis.

Based on the Psychologica Model™ , this technique helps in identifying existential preferences, enabling coachees or teams to confront the need for change - by clarifying why and how to go about this. This can be useful for mediation in conflict situations and as a means of improving communication dynamics at team or leadership levels.

In addition to being a powerful technique in its own right, this resource also supports feedback of a number of the 360 Perspectives tools.

Psychologica Spirals™

Psychologica Spirals™ is a dynamic coaching approach to help individuals or teams to develop mindfulness and manage the ‘tipping point’- between spiralling positive or negative perceptions and outcomes. This can involve managing negative behaviors with both individuals and groups (eg: organizational change), through identifying and addressing sources of stress, and relates to developing ‘levels of awareness’.

‘All About Me’ – Coaching Card Set

‘All About Me’ Card Set is designed to stimulate and support coaching conversations. The cards feature a series of questions on preferences and self-beliefs. These are categorized as 3 sets of personal qualities (Values, Motivations and Sense of Direction) and their various sub-sets – as defined in the Psychologica Model™.

Packs include full instructions.
It is possible to work with just one or two of the qualities or to use them altogether.
There are numerous ways to use these cards, with individual clients, teams or in workshops.

Bureau Management Service

Bureau Management Service is available to support you or we can conduct the full survey set-up and management process on your behalf.

This includes: setting up surveys (standard or customized); liaising with organizational representatives; contacting and monitoring survey 'targets' and assessors; generating and issuing reports for you to feed back to your client. Telephone feedback is also available, if required.

Practitioner Webinars

Psychologica Practitioners may require additional support to access advanced features, enabling them to customize surveys or manage complex projects with ease and full support. Workshops, webinars and videos are available to help you learn: to use online products; to choose the right product and report for your client needs; to set up and manage projects; to interpret and feedback reports; to customize survey products and address specific client needs. Webinars are convenient ways to develop your knowledge and skills without the need to travel to a workshop – and they include most of the same information in bite-sized chunks.

Credit card payments over the phone

Psychologica products are available to any coach or practitioner who can demonstrate the necessary experience or qualifications to interpret and feedback psychometric measures. If uncertain we can support you with our bureau service or steer you to one of our workshops or webinars

Psychologica Practitioners can also buy units for their accounts and pay by credit card over the phone. We will credit your account directly once payment is taken allowing you to set up the surveys of your choice.

Client Credit Account

Regular users who make significant purchases (such as larger organizations) can apply for a credit account with us and make payments against invoices, on a monthly basis

We can make bulk credits of units to your account, for use within your organization, or provide bureau services as required
